Russ, I find that a lot of agents are still running blind ads. In last week's Beacon there were at least 5 ads that I saw that I know were from other Realtors but they didn't even have the firm name in the ad!
ReplyDeleteI have found the same thing in the Beacon, the Sun News, the Pilot, etc. This, however, is not a Code of Ethics issue, but rather a NCREC Rule. The Real Estate Commission prohibits "blind ads" in thier rules. Please see their site in regard to this issue. http://www.ncrec.state.nc.us/bulletin/vol9-2bulletin/advice.htm
